Durable enough to withstand rigorous use, the Metro C599-SDC-UPDS heated cabinet is made of rust- and scratch-resistant, easy-to-clean stainless steel. As a mobile unit, it's equipped with 5-inch casters, and to protect surrounding equipment during transit, it's built with a non-marking polymer bumper that doubles as a drip trough to reduce messes. If water or temperature levels fall below the set range, operators are notified with alarms; these levels can be adjusted using intuitive touchscreen controls.

The Metro C599-SDC-UPDS mobile holding cabinet is a full-height model measuring 30 inches wide by 36³/₈ inches deep by 74³/₄ inches high. Because it's a pass-thru model, operators can load or unload food pans from either side. To preserve heat and optimize product quality, it's built with high-density fiberglass insulation. This unit is equipped with high-temperature Santoprene gaskets as well as a high-strength magnetic pull latch to create a tight seal.
