The Metro C599-SFC-U C5? 9 Series full-height heated holding cabinet can hold (18) 18-inch by 26-inch full-size sheet pans on universal wire slides, which can be adjusted in increments of 1¹/₂ inches. This unit is made of 18-gauge, 304 series stainless steel, which resists corrosion and can be wiped clean. Designed with a full-length, clear tempered glass door, this unit ensures product visibility without employees having to open the door.

Equipped with separate temperature and humidity controls, this Metro C599-SFC-U heated holding cabinet has a thermostatically controlled heating system with a maximum temperature of 200 degrees Fahrenheit. Insulation keeps heat inside the cabinet, and moving the unit is simple since it has 5-inch casters and built-in handles. A bumper around the perimeter protects walls and doorframes from damage.
