Metro C5T5-ASL 1/2 Height Insulated Mobile Heated Cabinet W/ (9) Pan Capacity, 120v

The Metro C5T5-ASL heavy-duty mobile cabinet features a user-friendly analog control panel that enables an operator to select a temperature between 70 and 200 degrees Fahrenheit. Its current internal temperature can be monitored on the thermometer affixed to the front of the cabinet. A rocker switch controls the power, while two lights indicate whether the unit is on and whether the heating element is on, respectively.

To help conserve heat and energy, the Metro C5T5-ASL mobile heated cabinet's full perimeter, including the door, is insulated with thick polyurethane insulation. The adjustable lip-load slides accommodate as many as (9) 18-inch by 26-inch or (16) 12-inch by 20-inch by 2¹/₂-inch food pans. Polymer transport handles are reinforced with stainless steel and act as bumpers to prevent exterior damage.
