Metro C5T8-ASB 5/6 Height Insulated Mobile Heated Cabinet W/ (14) Pan Capacity, 120v

The Metro C5T8-ASB ⁵/₆-height mobile heated cabinet is made of durable, 304 series stainless steel and has adjustable, bottom-load slides that accommodates (14) 18-inch by 26-inch or (28) 12-inch by 20-inch pans. Its door latch is flush mounted to reduce the cabinet's footprint, while an information panel is attached to the front so operators can conveniently display a cabinet ID and other important information. Reinforced polymer handles and panels defend the cabinet from minor dents and scratches as it's moved around on its 6-inch casters.

To help maintain food quality during holding, the Metro C5T8-ASB insulated mobile cabinet has a user-friendly, analog control panel that enables staff to conveniently select a temperature between 70 and 200 degrees Fahrenheit. The thermometer on the outside facilitates convenient temperature monitoring. Its recessed dial prevents damage during transit, and the reinforced polymer handles protect the stainless exterior from dents and scratches.
