Metro C5T8-DSB 5/6 Height Insulated Mobile Heated Cabinet W/ (14) Pan Capacity, 120v

The Metro C5T8-DSB heated mobile cabinet is made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel, and the exterior is protected by reinforced polymer transport handles and Armour panels that act as bumpers between the cabinet and facility hazards as it's being moved. The entire interior perimeter, including the door, is insulated with thick polyurethane to help retain heat and conserve energy use. An information panel attached to the door enables staff to readily display a cabinet ID and other important information about its contents.

To help maintain food quality during transport, the Metro C5T8-DSB insulated mobile cabinet has a battery-powered fan that circulates air while the cabinet is unplugged to help prevent cold pockets. It has an alarm that notifies employees if the cabinet's temperature has strayed from the selected temperature range for more than five minutes and has a battery indicator light to show the remaining battery life of the fan.
