Part of the Transport Armour? collection, the Metro C5T9-ASB C5? T-Series heated cabinet uses ducted convection heating to warm the cabinet and quickly recovers temperature changes. This system produces and maintains temperatures as high as 200 degrees Fahrenheit, while temperature fluctuations are less likely because the unit is insulated with foamed-in-place polyurethane. Users can adjust the electromechanical thermostat to modify cabinet temperatures, and its analog thermometer displays temperature, even when the cabinet is turned off and being transported. Inside the cabinet, bottom-load slides accommodate (16) 18-inch by 26-inch sheet pans or (32) 12-inch by 20-inch by 2¹/₂-inch steam pans, and these slides can be raised or lowered by 1⁵/₈ inches.

Designed to be moved, the Metro C5T9-ASB heated cabinet features steel-reinforced polymer handles that act as bumpers to create a protective barrier when the unit collides with walls or other pieces of equipment. Polymer panels built into the unit's sides shield the cabinet from door handles and panic bars that could scuff its interior. The cabinet's solid, insulated, full-length door grants direct access to the unit and helps minimize fluctuations when it's opened for short periods of time. Overall, this full-height unit measures 30 inches wide by 39¹/₄inches deep by 73²²/₂₅ inches high and is fitted on 6-inch casters for smooth maneuvering.
