A solid Dutch door correlates with each cavity, and the section's contents can be identified quickly from the door's three-function information panel, which includes a cabinet ID, clipboard, and whiteboard. The cabinet has a total pan capacity of 14 sheet pans or 28 steam pans, and its lip-load slides are adjustable by 1¹⁷/₂₅ inches. To protect the unit's exterior from dents, scratches, and scrapes during transport, its polymer handles are reinforced with steel, while its polymer panels shield the sides from scraping against panic bars or door handles.
