The Metro GG2C-HS1842 Metro2Go heated station is ideal for sandwich shops, pizza restaurants, and other operations that fulfill takeout orders regularly. It's equipped with two shelves on which employees can set finished orders, holding them at warm, appetizing temperatures before guests or delivery drivers retrieve them. To simplify the process, it has a pass-thru configuration without doors. This unit's shelves are constructed of stainless steel?durable, rust-resistant metal that's easy to wipe clean.
The temperature of each shelf in the Metro GG2C-HS1842 Grab & Go hot station is controlled independently and can be set to a maximum of 200 degrees Fahrenheit. For strength and corrosion resistance, it features powder-coated side panels. As a countertop model, it measures 427/10 inches wide by 202/5 inches deep by 369/10 inches high. To power down the unit when not in use, it's equipped with an on/off switch.
