The Moffat H10D-FS Turbofan? holding cabinet's non-insulated design is suited for short-term holding, while its glass door provides a clear view of the contents. Designed to hold up to 10 full-size sheet pans with lip load slides spaced 27/8 inches apart, this unit is ideal for high-volume kitchens. Built with a durable stainless steel interior and exterior, this cabinet is resistant to wear and corrosion, ensuring long-lasting use in demanding environments.
Equipped with digital controls and three hold timers, the Moffat H10D-FS cabinet simplifies operation and allows for precise temperature monitoring. Operators can set the holding temperature between 68 and 194 degrees Fahrenheit. Its compact, half-height structure is mounted on 3-inch casters, including two swivel casters with locks, for enhanced mobility and stability.
