Designed to streamline installation in kitchens with limited space, the Moffat H8D-FS-UC Turbofan? holding cabinet measures 28⁷/₈ inches wide by 31⁷/₈ inches deep by 31⁷/₈ inches high to fit beneath a counter. Its stainless steel trays are fixed in 2⁷/₈-inch increments and accommodate eight full-size 18-inch by 26-inch sheet pans. The side-hinged glass door grants operators a direct view of product to streamline inventory checks. The interior and exterior's sides, front, and top are stainless steel to provide corrosion and rust resistance through high-volume use.

The Moffat H8D-FS-UC heated cabinet produces temperatures from 68 to 194 degrees Fahrenheit—a safe temperature range for holding food prior to serving. To eliminate cold spots that could impact food quality, a single-speed fan circulates warm air uniformly throughout the cabinet. The door's continuous seal prevents heat from escaping to preserve temperatures, and operators can manipulate temperatures as needed with the electronic control. This control system also includes digital time and temperature displays, an on/off key, three timer keys, count-up and countdown timer modules, and a 4-hour maximum timer range.
