So users can monitor internal case temperatures, the control panel's temperature gauge provides an accurate readout. To maintain moisture, its water reservoir generates the required humidity to preserve foods' original textures.

This Nemco 6454 heated merchandiser measures 18¹?₂ inches wide by 18¹?₂ inches deep by 33⁷?₈ inches high for countertop applications. Its brushed stainless steel frame is durable and resistant to rust and corrosion, while its interior lighting and tempered glass sidewall panels improve product visibility. Three 15-inch square shelves display products at a slant, and when the door is open, users can turn the rack in either direction to reach desired product.
