As inventory changes, operators can modify the separate thermostats to achieve specific holding temperatures. While foil rope elements warm the shelves' bases, strip heaters disperse heat toward the shelves' tops for uniform results. Both shelves slant forward to merchandise product at a unique, eye-catching angle, and when an item is removed from the shelves, this design slides products toward the front for convenience. Together, these shelves can support (48) 4-inch-diameter sandwiches.
