The True STG1H-2HS SPEC SERIES® mobile heated cabinet holds warm food that has already been cooked or baked at temperatures from 140 to 180 degrees Fahrenheit. Creating a uniform generation of electric heat, the stainless steel heating unit is corrosion resistant, while a manually controlled vent on top of the cabinet controls humidity. An electronic temperature control operates the heating system, and an on/off switch on the exterior activates and monitors the system. Low-velocity fans ensure even heat.

The True STG1H-2HS mobile heated cabinet is constructed of two stainless steel doors and matching aluminum sides. Its interior side walls and back are made of aluminum, while the floor and ceiling are constructed of durable stainless steel. Two self-closing doors remain open at 120 degrees, enabling users to load the cabinet without holding the door. Foamed-in-place polyurethane retains heat, and three chrome-plated wire shelves provide storage space for product. Castors, which have locks on the front set, enable mobility.
