To keep foods at safe, warm temperatures until they're ready to be served, the Turbo Air M3H47-2-G heated cabinet maintains temperatures from 140 to 180 degrees Fahrenheit, and the ducted fan air distribution system retains temperature within the food zone. The cabinet's high-density polyurethane insulation minimizes energy loss and preserves generated temperatures. Staff can monitor temperatures with the digital display, and set the temperature with the digital controls as menus change. For simple operation, the power switch is located on the control panel.

Both sections of this Turbo Air M3H47-2-G reach-in cabinet have a corresponding lockable, hinged stainless steel door with a glass window that enables product monitoring. If the doors aren't properly shut, an alarm beeps to notify operators, preventing unnecessary heat loss. Six chrome-plated wire shelves can be raised or lowered to accommodate various foods and can accept two racks in total. This 51³/₄-inch-wide by 32¹/₈-inch-deep by 83-inch-tall unit features a stainless steel exterior and interior to provide lasting rust, corrosion, and wear resistance, simplify cleaning, and prolong service life. To reduce injury risks, it's built with rounded corners and edges. For smooth transport, this unit is positioned on 4-inch-diameter swivel casters with locks on the front set.
