The Turbo Air PRO-77H-PT heated holding cabinet features a primarily stainless steel construction for durability through heavy use. It’s insulated with high-density polyurethane to ensure ideal heat preservation, and utilizes a ducted fan air distribution system to evenly circulate heat. Using self-closing, solid doors, this pass-thru unit can be accessed through the front or back.

The Turbo Air PRO-77H-PT pass-thru holding cabinet is divided into three sections and includes nine durable stainless steel shelves. It’s mounted on casters to enable mobility, and its interior is brightened with LED lighting for visibility. Operators can adjust the temperature of the unit using a digital temperature control and monitoring system.
