Designed to be moved while holding large batches of prepared food, the Vulcan VBP15SL heated cabinet measures 27 1/4 inches wide by 33 inches deep by 65 1/4 inches high, has built-in side-mounted push handles, and is fitted with 5-inch casters. Six shelves built into the interior can be adjusted to accommodate various products. To prevent temperature changes, two Dutch doors built into the front of the unit enable operators to access a specific section of the cabinet. For strength, a steel frame is integrated into the unit, while its interior and exterior are made of 20-gauge stainless steel.

The Vulcan VBP15SL heated cabinet's forced-air blower circulates warm air gently throughout the cabinet, eliminating cold spots that could affect food quality. Able to reach holding temperatures as high as 190 degrees Fahrenheit, it creates safe conditions for storing prepared foods before serving them. A digital display provides a legible temperature readout, and operators can manipulate temperatures with the knob-actuated electronic control. To retain proper temperatures when doors are opened for short periods of time or the unit is stored in hot or cold environments, the side walls and top are fully insulated.
