Vulcan VBP7SL 1/2 Height Insulated Mobile Heated Cabinet W/ (7) Pan Capacity, 120v
The Vulcan VBP7SL holding and transport cabinet produces temperatures as high as 190 degrees Fahrenheit to ensure products are held in a safe environment prior to serving. Operators can rotate the knob-actuated electronic controls to adjust temperatures as holding requirements change; its digital display shows users the settings for quick identification. Its blower motor circulates warm air gently throughout the cabinet for uniform results, and because the cabinet is fully insulated, temperatures are preserved even when the door is opened for short periods of time.
Equipped with three adjustable shelves, the Vulcan VBP7SL holding and transport cabinet supports a variety of products. Designed to be moved, this 27 1/4-inch-wide by 33-inch-deep by 39-inch-high cabinet is secured on 5-inch casters, and its side push handles help users maneuver it. The interior and exterior are made of durable, 20-gauge stainless steel to withstand heavy use and resist rust and corrosion.
