Vulcan VHP15 Full Height Insulated Mobile Heated Cabinet W/ (15) Pan Capacity, 120v
The Vulcan VHP15 full-height heated cabinet is mobile on 5-inch casters, two of which swivel and two of which lock to stabilize the cabinet. It utilizes a blower motor that evenly circulates warm air, and to prevent heat and energy loss, the cabinet is fully insulated. The fixed racks in this unit accommodate (15) 12-inch by 20-inch by 2 1/2-inch steam table pans, and because ita€™s built with side-mounted push handles, this unit can be easily maneuvered during transport.
Made of stainless steel, the Vulcan VHP15 insulated heated cabinet is durable enough to withstand commercial use and is built with an integrated steel frame to add strength. A dial thermostat enables temperature adjustment as high as 190 degrees Fahrenheit, and for monitoring, the current temperature is visible on the unit's thermometer. Overall, this unit measures 17 1/4 inches wide by 27 1/2 inches deep by 60 1/2 inches high.
