Vulcan VPT15LL Full Height Insulated Mobile Heated Cabinet W/ (30) Pan Capacity, 120v
The Vulcan VPT15LL insulated mobile heated cabinet measures 27 inches wide by 34 1/2 inches deep by 66 1/2 inches high. Its fixed lip-load racks can hold (30) 18-inch by 26-inch by 1-inch food pans. Fully insulated, the cabinet retains heat and energy to keep product warm until it's served. A forced-air blower enables uniform heating, while its analog thermometer can be adjusted as high as 190 degrees Fahrenheit.
Made of integrated steel, the Vulcan VPT15LL full-height heated cabinet is built with a strong frame and made of stainless steel that won't rust or corrode. To prevent accidental changes, the control panel is recessed so employees wona€™t bump it. This unit is positioned on 5-inch casters, two of which have brakes to stabilize the cabinet while it's loaded and unloaded. For maneuvering, both sides of the cabinet are fitted with push handles.
