With analog controls, the Vulcan VPT7 mobile heated cabinet's temperature can be adjusted as high as 190 degrees Fahrenheit. To keep it out of the way and prevent accidental changes, the control panel is recessed at the top of the cabinet. A magnetic action door latch securely seals the Dutch doors to reduce heat loss, and for further protection, the unit is fully insulated. It's built with an integrated steel frame and made of durable stainless steel thata€™s strong enough to withstand long-term commercial use.

The Vulcan VPT7 half-height insulated heated cabinet includes casters for mobility and side-mounted handles to aid in steering. Using a forced-air blower, air is circulated throughout the cabinet evenly to keep food warm until it's served. Adjustable in 1 1/2-inch increments, the universal tray slides can suit a variety of applications. These slides accommodate (7) 18-inch by 26-inch by 1-inch or (14) 12-inch by 20-inch by 2 1/2-inch food pans.
