For countertop placement in a convenience store or bakery, the Hatco GR2SDH-24 self-service heated display case measures 30¹/₄ inches wide by 27 inches deep by 18¹¹/₁₀₀ inches high. Its shelf is equipped with five divider rods that keep different products separate. With thermostat controls, the unit's temperature can be adjusted from 185 to 200 degrees Fahrenheit, and it heats using pre-focused infrared top heat. The shelf is fitted on 4-inch legs for elevation off the countertop.

The Hatco GR2SDH-24 countertop heated display shelf is illuminated with an incandescent light with a shatterproof bulb, so in the case of breakage, it separates into manageable, less dangerous pieces. Its tempered glass end panels and open design promote product visibility to increase impulse buys. Made of hard-coated aluminum, the base is sturdy to withstand heavy-duty use.
