Wrapped biscuits or boxed personal pizzas can be held at serving temperatures for short periods of time on this Hatco GR2SDH-30 Glo-Ray® Designer horizontal display warmer's 29⁸⁷/₁₀₀-inch by 22-inch shelf. Pre-focused, top-mounted infrared heaters direct heat to the shelf's outer edges, where heat escapes. For additional heating, the hard-coated aluminum base is thermostatically controlled and can be adjusted between 185 and 200 degrees Fahrenheit to accommodate specific holding needs.

Two incandescent bulbs illuminate the Hatco GR2SDH-30 heated display shelf for effective merchandising, and their shatterproof structures reduce the risk of bulb breakage. For a full view of the shelf, clear tempered glass panels are built into the sides, while the unit's front and rear are open, enabling customers to select their purchases quickly and operators to insert products into the back. This 36¹/₄-inch-wide by 27-inch-deep by 18¹¹/₁₀₀-inch-high unit is designed for countertop applications in convenience stores, gas stations, and cafeterias.
