For low-volume, short-term holding of prepared, packaged foods, the Hatco GR2SDH-42 Glo-Ray® Designer display warmer is a single-shelf unit with an upper pre-focused infrared heater and a heated base. Its pre-focused infrared heater directs heat toward the shelf's edge€”where most heat is lost€”to prevent cold spots that could affect food quality. Operators can adjust the hard-coated aluminum shelf base between 185 and 200 degrees Fahrenheit with the thermostatic control. To accommodate foods from rotisserie chickens to boxed personal pizzas, this shelf measures 41⁸⁷/₁₀₀ inches wide by 22 inches deep.

Employees can organize various snacks and small meals on the Hatco GR2SDH-42 horizontal merchandising display using the adjustable product divider rods. The black inset panels create a neutral backdrop against products, and incandescent, shatterproof lights illuminate the cabinet so customers can identify items. With its open front, back, and tempered glass side panels, this unit grants a full view inside. Its pass-thru configuration enables employees to load new foods into the rear, while customers can select their purchase from the front. To save floorspace and catch customer attention, this 48¹/₄-inch-wide by 27-inch-deep by 18¹¹/₁₀₀-inch-high unit can be used on a countertop.
