This 29¹/₂₀-inch-tall model's anodized aluminum construction withstands daily wear and is simple to wipe clean, and it's raised with 4-inch legs to improve display while providing ample space for users to clean beneath it. To streamline operator and customer use, its rear and front lack doors, enabling employees to load fresh foods into the back of the unit and customers to select their purchase quickly from the unit's front.

For visually appealing presentation, incandescent lights illuminate the Hatco GR2SDH-54D hot food display, and their coated, shatterproof bulbs protect merchandised foods from bulb breakage. Its clear tempered glass end panels grant a direct view into the cabinet so customers and employees can identify foods quickly. Each shelf includes 10 product divider rods that can be used to organize and separate contents, and the shelves' black inset panels establish a neutral background for a sleek, professional look. Top-mounted infrared heating elements direct heat toward both shelves' outer edges, reducing heat loss, while the shelves' thermostatically controlled bases can be adjusted between 185 and 200 degrees Fahrenheit. Together, these heaters can hold prepared rotisserie chickens, sandwiches, and personal pizzas at serving temperatures for short periods of time.
