Alto-Shaam VMC-F4G Vector® F Full Size Multi Cook Oven W/ (4) Chambers - Liquid Propane

For even, versatile cooking, the Alto-Shaam VMC-F4G multi-cook oven features Structured Air Technology® to vertically distribute air throughout each cooking compartment. These four sections are individually controlled using a programmable touchscreen display and can hold eight half-size or four full-size sheet pans; one wire rack and two jet plates are included with this unit. Its stainless steel construction resists rust and corrosion, while its small footprint is designed for countertop use. Its four 4-inch legs are adjustable for further customization.

The Alto-Shaam VMC-F4G vector oven features a programmable touchscreen control and operates using liquid propane. To ensure heat is retained within the unit, its doors feature double-paned glass. Furthermore, this oven includes interior LED lighting for optimal visibility, and its exterior features a USB port for electronic connection. This piece of equipment can be stacked to maximize limited kitchen space.
