Alto-Shaam VMC-F4G Vector® F Full Size Multi Cook Oven W/ (4) Chambers - Natural Gas

Made of strong stainless steel, the Alto-Shaam VMC-F4G multi-cook oven resists rust and corrosion while providing a consistent performance. This unit is part of the Vector F series, which uses Structured Air Technology® to initiate vertical streams of hot air throughout the four cooking compartments. This design and technology enable the appliance to simultaneously cook various items at unique time and temperature settings using the programmable touchscreen display. These four spaces can hold eight half-size or four full-size sheet pans and come with four wire racks and eight jet plates.

The Alto-Shaam VMC-F4G four-layer oven's countertop design is stackable for a minimal appliance footprint in commercial kitchens. This unit retains heat by utilizing double-paned glass on its doors, while its interior LED lighting heightens visibility. A USB port is incorporated into the exterior of this unit for connection with electronic devices, and the weight of this machine is supported with four adjustable 4-inch legs.
