Alto-Shaam VMC-H4 Half-Size Vector® H Multi-Cook Oven - 208-240v/3ph

The easy-to-clean stainless steel Alto-Shaam VMC-H4 half-size Vector® H Series multi-cook oven is designed to hold up through consistent use in busy back-of-house kitchens. Its four individual cooking chambers can be used to prepare four different dishes at one time. The touchscreen control pad controls each of the chambers’ cook time, fan speed, and temperature settings separately.

For increased efficiency, the Alto-Shaam VMC-H3 oven's control pad can be updated with establishment-specific recipes via the USB port. The full oven measures 21¹/₂ inches wide by 37¹/₂ inches deep by 43⁵/₈ inches high and sits on four 4-inch legs that can be adjusted for stability on uneven floors. The design of this oven doesn't require a vent, which enables placement virtually anywhere within a commercial kitchen layout.
