Alto-Shaam VMC-H4H Half-Size Vector® H Multi-Cook Oven - 208-240v/3ph

The Alto-Shaam VMC-H4H half-size Vector® can hold four full-size hotel food pans in its four independent cooking chambers; each chamber comes with a wire rack, two jet plates, and individual controls so users can produce four different dishes simultaneously. Each chamber features touchscreen controls and is programmable using the USB port. Recipes can be uploaded through the USB port and used to create consistent results with ease.

The Alto-Shaam VMC-H4H cook-and-hold oven is made of durable, rust- and corrosion-resistant stainless steel, and its door has a double-pane glass window for visual monitoring. The oven used Structured Air Technology® to evenly distribute hot air throughout the chambers and quickly cook foods. It measures 21¹/₂ inches wide by 39¹/₂ inches deep by 43⁵/₈ inches tall and doesn't require a vent for safe operation.
