Nemco 8018 18 Hot Dog Roller Grill w/ Manual Controls - Flat Top, 120v

The Nemco 8018 120 hot dog roller produces hot dogs in quantities great for concession stands, convenience stores, and more. This unit can hold up to 18 hot dogs at a time and grill up to 360 hot dogs per hour. A 360-degree roller rotation prevents residue buildup, while single roller heating elements assure consistency in heating. The rollers have GripsIt coating, which makes for easy cleanup with a damp sponge since grease and food particles do not easily stick to them.

Two individual heat controls are located on the front and rear rollers, because you can turn either of them off and leave the other on to save energy and heat. There is also a temperature control with seven heat settings so you can choose how to cook your hot dogs. The stainless steel and aluminum construction is durable and easy to clean, and the drip pan is easy to remove for cleaning.
