The Nemco 8045SXN hot dog roller grill caters to customers at convenience stores, concession stands, sporting events, amusement parks, and school fundraisers. Its durable, stainless steel and aluminum construction can withstand heavy duty use and is resistant to corrosion. The grill top can hold up to 45 hot dogs, and there is a preheat time of 10 minutes. Since the rollers rotate 360 degrees and it is covered with GripsIt coating, grease and debris easily clean off and do not stick to the rollers. Since there is a drip pan, grease is collected in a removable piece to promote easy cleanup. Each roller has its own heating element to ensure hot dogs are evenly cooked. The front and rear rollers have their own heat control so one can be turned off during non-peak hours to prevent energy consumption and the loss of heat. The Nemco 8045SXN hot dog roller grill does not require a ventilation system to be used with it.
