The Star 30C Grill-Max? hot dog roller grill meets the high-volume demand of festivals, carnivals, sports stadiums, and other recreational facilities. To ensure efficient roller movement, a chain tension system keeps the chain from loosening, and the roller surface's slanted design improves the presentation of food, increasing sales. Constructed of stainless steel, the unit has tubular sheath elements and chrome-plated rollers for durability.

To cook and hold products at different temperatures, the Star 30C hot dog roller grill has analog controls that heat the front and rear sections separately. Since the mounted heating elements are in a floating and fixed system, they resist warping. The rollers are heavy-duty and rotate in a full circle to evenly warm food. This unit can hold product at a set temperature between 145 and 190 degrees Fahrenheit and can reach temperatures as high as 220 degrees Fahrenheit for cooking.
