The Star 50SCE Grill-Max? electronic roller grill can cook or warm 50 hot dogs simultaneously. Its large top is divided into two separately controlled sections, enabling some hot dogs to cook while the rest stay ready to serve. A heating cycle enables operators to put product on the grill and cook it for a preset time. Once this cycle is complete, an alarm sounds to indicate the food is finished cooking.

The rollers are slanted at an angle for presentation and merchandising. Each roller has a convenient seal and bearing combination that does not require regular greasing to run properly. A nonstick Duratec? finish on the rollers prevents food from sticking to the surface, simplifying cleaning.
