The Garland GTOG48-8 gas hotplate has a 47.9-inch width and eight burners, so it is ideal for large countertop operations, and each burner has a separate control valve so users can adjust the heat levels. Heavy-duty grates on this unit hold pots and pans over the burners and are designed to catch spills and protect the pilot lights. While the unit heats up, the front rail separates the operator from the hot parts, and adjustable legs lift the unit off the counter to stabilize it on non-level surfaces.
