The Wells HDHP-3630G gas hot plate has room for six pots and pans, increasing food production without taking up floor space. Each of the six burners are controlled individually with a knob on the front, and they are made of cast iron, along with the grates, so they withstand heavy use without bending or warping. Made of durable stainless steel, the unit's housing resists rusting and minor damage. Because the front panel is removable, operators can conveniently access the components.
