The Silver King SKFDI18-ELUS1 ice cream freezer is ideal for locations that serve ice cream with other desserts or as a side, as it holds one 3-gallon can at a time. The drop-in design enables the unit to fit inside a pre-cut location at a workstation and is fitted with a hinged, folding lid for easy access. The freezer is made of stainless and galvanized steel for durability and corrosion resistance and is situated atop the self-contained refrigeration unit. This unit uses R290 refrigerant, an environmentally friendly alternative to traditional refrigerants. The manual defrost helps prevent the unit from becoming clogged with ice particles.
