The Hoshizaki C-80BAK-ADDS undercounter ice maker can make as much as 92 pounds of ice per day in ideal conditions, but if it's operating in a 70- to 90-degree-Fahrenheit environment, it will only produce 65 pounds per day. It has a built-in storage unit that can hold 27 pounds of ice for access when needed. To turn the unit on and off, a power switch is located on the exterior so users don't have to remove the panel to operate it. The exterior is made of stainless steel, granting it durability and resistance to corrosion.

The air-cooled condenser in the Hoshizaki C-80BAK-ADDS undercounter ice maker is self-contained, streamlining the installation process for a quick setup. When condensation needs to be emptied from the unit, it runs out of the gravity drain to keep the inside clean. This ice machine intakes and exhausts air from the front, and it is cooled by environmentally friendly R290 refrigerant.
