Its auger is stainless steel and resists rust, further improving water sanitation. This machine's H-GUARD Plus® protection takes on microbial material and adds cleaning value to the unit.

This Hoshizaki F-2001MWJ ice machine head creates flaked ice, which is well suited for packing and display purposes, such as in a grocery store's cold food display case or a hospital for ice packs. The head can generate 2,043 pounds of ice daily so operators can keep pace with ice use in service. Its stainless steel exterior offers excellent durability, holding up against denting and scraping.
