The Ice-O-Matic CIM0320FA Elevation Series™ ice machine head can make 313 pounds of ice in 24 hours, but this amount will be affected by ambient air and incoming water temperatures. This unit uses air to cool refrigerant in the condensing coils as it flows away from the evaporator so it can freeze water and form cubes. It makes full-cube ice, which measures ⁷/₈ inch by ⁷/₈ inch by ⁷/₈ inch; these cubes are perfect for drinks in bars and restaurants since they melt slowly.

The food zone€”the area that houses all the components that contact water and ice€”is made of plastic without small cracks and crevices, so it is simple to wipe clean. Antimicrobial protection on the components slows bacteria and scale growth. An LED indicator light illuminates when cleaning is required, and the Ice-O-Matic CIM0320FA ice maker has a one-touch cleaning and sanitizing feature. The BPA-free food zone components snap in and out, which enables them to be removed for cleaning in a dishwasher.
