Operated with a water-cooled condenser, the Ice-O-Matic CIM0320FW ice machine head is self-contained to streamline installation and reduce cross contamination. It makes full-size ice cubes, and when conditions are ideal, it can make 316 pounds of ice per day. Enabling users to check in on the unit, an LED display screen provides system updates throughout the day. To perform sanitization and descaling measures, operators must simply push a button.

The Ice-O-Matic CIM0320FW full-cube ice machine head has snap-out components in the food zone that can be cleaned in a dishmachine. Inhibiting the growth of bacteria and reducing the amount of germs spread in a busy kitchen, the unit has a built-in PURE ICE® antimicrobial agent. It has a dual exhaust that discharges air from the top and side.

Note: This unit must be paired with an ice maker bin or ice dispenser.
