The Ice-O-Matic CIM0430FW full-cube ice machine head has a water-cooled condenser that is self-contained to streamline cleaning and reduce cross-contamination risks. It makes a maximum of 460 pounds of ice per day, though when conditions are less than ideal, it averages 380 pounds. To slow the growth of germs and bacteria, this unit has PURE ICE® antimicrobial protection, and users can perform sanitizing and descaling with the push of a button.

Enabling employee monitoring, the LED screen on the Ice-O-Matic CIM0430FW ice machine head provides status updates. The food zone is made of plastic to facilitate cleaning, and the components are removable for use in the dishwasher. This unit produces full-size ice cubes.
