The Ice-O-Matic CIM0436HA ice maker head makes half-size cubes of ice and can make anywhere from 270 to 465 pounds of ice per day depending on environmental conditions. Meaning it just needs to be plugged in to begin operation, the air-cooled condenser is self-contained. Its LED display provides status updates about the unit, and because it doesn't include a bin or dispenser, one will have to be purchased separately for use.

The food zone in the Ice-O-Matic CIM0436HA half-cube ice maker is made of plastic, and its components are removable for dishwasher cleaning. By pushing a single button, users can enable the descaling and sanitizing process to keep the unit clean, and to prevent rapid growth of bacteria, it's protected with PURE ICE® antimicrobial.
