The Ice-O-Matic CIM0520HW half-cube ice machine head is part of the Elevation Series™. This water-cooled piece of equipment is optimal for establishments with a self-contained water system, and its condenser is enclosed within the unit. The machine pumps cool water through its condenser coils, which require a consistent source of cool, potable water. Operations that invest in this unit should have a water-circulating chiller system that users can tie the machine into.

Because the condenser is self-contained, the Ice-O-Matic modular cube ice maker doesn't require additional coolant lines.
