The Ice-O-Matic CIM0530FA Elevation™ modular cube ice maker dispenses full-cube ice that is perfect for soft drinks and cocktails, and for bagging and dispensing systems. Since this is a head-only unit, it must be paired with a bin or dispenser, which must be purchased separately. In operating temperatures of 70 degrees Fahrenheit, the unit can produce 520 pounds of ice. It is easy to install and service thanks to the Universal Smart Harness™ control board that uses a common configuration, universal components, and digital diagnostics. It has a dual exhaust system that can discharge air pulled over the compressor from either the top or side, which allows for it being installed next to walls or in areas with low ceilings.

Cleaning the unit is simple thanks to its one-touch descaling and sanitizing controls; an LED status display indicates when cleaning is necessary. The Ice-O-Matic CIM0530FA Elevation modular cube ice maker's plastic food zone is formed without crevices, so it is easy to wipe down. The food zone surfaces are formed with Agion® silver ion antimicrobial protection, which helps prevent the growth of bacteria and fungus like mildew. Key components in the ice production area can also be removed for cleaning and are dishwasher safe.
