Ice-O-Matic CIM0530FR 30 1/4" Elevation Series™ Full Cube Ice Machine Head - 570 lb/24 hr, Remote Cooled, 115v/1ph

The Ice-O-Matic CIM0530FR Elevation™ modular cube ice maker must be used with a remote condenser (sold separately). Mounting the condenser away from the unit can move the heat and noise it produces out of customer and employee areas, keeping those more comfortable. In ambient air of 70 degrees Fahrenheit, the unit is rated to produce 525 pounds of full-cube ice each day, which ice can be used to chill drinks or sold in bags. The machine's Universal Smart Harness™ control board has digital diagnostics, universal components, and a common configuration, all of which make installation and service easier.

The unit has one-touch descaling and sanitizing controls, and an LED status display signals when those cycles should be run. Since this is a head-only unit, it must be paired with a bin or dispenser, which must be purchased separately. The Ice-O-Matic CIM0530FR Elevation modular cube ice maker's food zone has no crevices, so it is easier to wipe clean, and the surfaces there are formed with Agion®, which inhibits the growth of bacteria. Several components in the ice-production area can be removed without tools and are dishwasher safe.
