The Ice-O-Matic CIM0836FA Elevation Series™ ice machine head produces full-cube ice, which is perfect for cocktails, beverages, and bagged applications. Its large surface area prevents ice from melting quickly, but it does not cool beverages as fast as half-cube ice. This unit can produce 645 to 800 pounds of ice in 24 hours, depending on the conditions.

The plastic food zone does not have corners, eliminating areas where bacteria could be harbored, and its removable major components are built with an antimicrobial agent to slow bacteria growth between cleanings. For sanitizing and descaling, the unit has one-touch controls on a digital control board with various diagnostics. The Ice-O-Matic CIM0836FA ice maker takes in and discharges air at the top and side.
