It's protected with PURE ICE® antimicrobial to slow the growth of bacteria, ensuring minimal germ spread in a busy environment. The food zone is made of plastic that minimizes crevices that debris can get stuck in, and it has snap-out components that can be placed in the dishwasher to streamline cleaning.

The Ice-O-Matic CIM0836FW full-cube ice maker head makes a maximum of 896 pounds of ice per day. When environmental conditions are less than ideal, it makes closer to 798 pounds of ice daily. Providing operation updates throughout the day, it has an LED status display that can be monitored. Great for soft drinks and alcoholic beverages, it produces full-size cubes of ice, and its condenser is water cooled and self-contained to streamline installation.
