This Ice-O-Matic ice machine head uses an air-cooled condenser to produce as much as 1,432 pounds of half-cube ice each day. The machine's Pure Ice® antimicrobial protection helps keep the ice you serve free of bacteria, fungus, and slime. To further ensure the most sanitary ice possible, this unit is compatible with the sold-separately IFQ2 water filtration system, which can also help prevent scale buildup on the equipment, helping prolong its life.

The Ice-O-Matic ICE1506HT is built to be durable, with stainless steel construction and a nickel-plated evaporator. The unit does not need an air filter, meaning less maintenance is required to keep it running efficiently, and it comes with a bin thermostat kit and ice deflector, making it simple to install this ice machine head on either a bin or dispenser. The ice maker also uses Harvest Assist, an ice harvesting design that uses hot gas in addition to mechanical harvesting. This results in more energy-efficient operation and contributes to the unit's ENERGY STAR certification, which can save you money in both state government rebates and utility costs over time.
