The Ice-O-Matic ICEU226FA undercounter full cube ice maker can be used to produce ice for bulk cooling and serving cocktails and beverages. In optimal conditions, with an ambient air temperature of 70 degrees Fahrenheit and an incoming water temperature of 50 degrees Fahrenheit, the machine can make up to 241 pounds of ice per day. The integrated storage bin will store up to 70 pounds of ice to keep ice on hand at all times. This air-cooled model has a front air exchange so it can be placed in compact spaces and does not use an air filter, which eliminates the need for any air filter maintenance.

For enhanced efficiency, this is an ENERGY STAR model designed to use less water and energy to save on operation costs over the life of the equipment. It also includes a Harvest Assist feature, which provides consistent ice production by pushing ice into the ice bin instead of relying on gravity to pull it down. An antimicrobial coating is on the internal components to protect against the growth of bacteria between cleanings. The evaporator is made more resistant with a copper core and nickel plating. The Ice-O-Matic ICEU226FA undercounter full cube ice maker is constructed with stainless steel that resists corrosion and molded plastic that resists fingerprints.
