The Ice-O-Matic MFI1506A ice maker head is a great choice for supermarkets and delicatessens because it produces flake ice€”a small ice form well suited for handling packaging needs in refrigerated display cases. Under ideal conditions, the head is capable of producing as much as 1,450 pounds of ice a day, enabling it to keep up with sizable ice production needs.
The Ice-O-Matic MFI1506A ice machine is constructed with a stainless steel evaporator and auger, meaning both components are durable and long lasting to hold up well against potential rust, corrosion, and scratching. A built-in water sensor detects when water is low in order to circumvent low water failure, and if problems arise, the head's SystemSafe feature will deactivate it.
