The Scotsman MC0322SA-1/B322S Prodigy ELITE® ice cube machine and bin have a stainless steel exterior and metallic finish that resists dents and scratches. With a 370-pound storage capacity, the bin has foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation to create structure. A polyethylene interior resists scuffs and scratches, while the drain fitting is recessed for flexible installation. The spring-loaded door has hidden hinges for effortless opening and closing, while a scoop is included with a holder built into the bin.
The Scotsman MC0322SA-1/B322S ice cube machine has an air-cooled, self-contained refrigeration system, while a front air filter creates ideal air circulation. It makes 356 pounds of ice daily, and the front panel is removable and self-aligning to provide access to internal components. To decrease scale buildup, the WaterSense purge control adjusts incoming water quality, and constant servicing and monitoring are not necessary with one-touch cleaning. The Harvest Assist directs ice into the bin with hot gas and a probe.
